Mindfulness
Cultivate mindfulness to live with more calm, clarity, and balance.

Mindfulness consists of training attention to be present in the moment, with an attitude of kindness towards one's own experience.
Its practice allows you to regulate stress, release mental tension, and generate a greater sense of inner harmony.
Inspired by the work of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and his MBSR® (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program, this approach has been widely validated by neuroscience and psychology for its ability to transform the brain, body, and mind.
Various studies show that an untrained mind is distracted almost half the time it is awake.
When we act on autopilot, we react instead of responding, and we lose the opportunity to integrate what we experience.
Mindfulness practice brings us back to the present, allowing us to choose with more awareness and serenity.
