It is an ally to improve your relationships and with continuous practice you will develop a greater capacity to live life's challenges with more balance and tranquility. ​
​The sessions combine connection with the body-mind, conscious movement, concepts of personal development, dynamics that help you understand how the relationship between thoughts, emotions and sensations works, and meditations that support training and modify the grooves_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_neuronal brain.
PROGRAMS
The sessions can be in Spanish, English or French. The formats are face-to-face or through the Zoom platform.
I collaborate with Instituto It's Mindfulness in Barcelona where I teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs and I am an instructor trainer for the Practicum and Training Seminar.
I am also a supervisor, coach and mentor of Instructors.

MBSR (Stress Reduction)
It is a protocol aimed at reducing stress, developing attention to what is happening in the present moment and responding more positively and effectively to everyday situations.
​
DURATION: 30 HOURS. 2.5 hours per week and one day of intensive practice. It combines meditative practices, dynamics and dialogues related to stress and mindfulness. You can do it in person or online.
MINDFUL - COACHING
If you dedicate yourself to individual or group accompaniment, perhaps a need arises in you to reflect and deepen some aspect of your person as a facilitator of change. We can review external aspects on how to impart, however what is really transformative is these sessions are a deep listening to investigate and connect with the wisdom of your Being. Directed to: Trainers, Facilitators, Coaches, o Instructors of Mindfulness or another discipline.

MINDFULNESS - EMBARAZO
El embarazo es un momento idóneo para aprender a calmar la mente, regular las emociones y reducir el estrés, de forma que puedas vivir un embarazo desde la alegría y presencia, creando un vínculo fuerte con tu bebé.
Practicar Mindfulness durante el embarazo tiene un impacto positivo en el cerebro del feto y en su peso al nacer.
Es un programa personalizado, con sesiones individuales en las que poder dedicarte un espacio único de Escucha del cuerpo, mente y emociones con Mindfulness, Coaching y Yoga.
