From an integrative perspective, I will guide you to recognize old patterns, connect with your inner resources, and take concrete steps toward a real and sustainable transformation.

Each session is unique and holistic, focused on the whole of your being. My primary role is to accompany you with the personal and professional experience I've gained over the years, sometimes through words, sometimes through silence, and always with presence and heartfelt commitment to your journey.
Depending on your needs, the session can focus on Coaching, IFS or Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, or naturally integrate several of these practices to support your process in greater depth.

Coaching
It's a powerful transformative process to connect with your most authentic and wise self, from which to make decisions and respond to life with courage. Online or in-person sessions in Barcelona, lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
Coaching Process

Introductory session
This first contact gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions, clarify doubts, and design the way you want me to accompany you in your process.

Discovery session
A 90-minute session in which we explore the different parts of your life with openness, respect and courage. Your values, strengths and inner resources that you may not have been aware of. Your past experiences, your present, your dreams and passions. Your emotional, rational, spiritual, and physical parts that are part of your existence. It is a holistic session that opens up new possibilities in your life, empowers you, and connects you with your gifts. It is also a session in which you can become aware of parts that sabotage or slow you down. These parts are also welcome and bring their own wisdom and protection that needs to be heard and integrated.

Process
There will be several sessions over a period of weeks or months, during which we will explore the different parts that have emerged, broaden your horizons to connect with what gives meaning to your life, and develop sustainable habits in line with your vision. We will also introduce mindfulness and emotion regulation practices to help you stay connected to your inner strength and support in times of uncertainty.

Closing session
Celebration looking back on the journey and designing a ritual of closure and continuity of the path.
IFS Support
(Internal Family Systems)
The IFS model is a profound therapeutic process for getting to know your inner world. It helps you discover the different parts that live within you — emotional, protective, wounded, wise — and establish a compassionate and integrative relationship with all of them. From this inner perspective, you begin to understand why you react the way you do, releasing blockages and reconnecting with your most authentic essence.
Over time, you regain a sense of inner unity, harmony, clarity, and serenity, allowing you to act in the world in a more free and aligned way.
Coaching Process

Introductory session
In this first meeting, we explore your reason for seeking counselling and design how you would like the support to be. We create a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space so that your internal system can reveal itself at its own pace, as the conditions of trust to do so are established.

Internal exploration process
During the sessions, you will learn to identify the parts that appear (for example, the demanding part, the fearful part, the ashamed part, or the fleeing part) and to listen to their emotions, intentions, and needs.

Integration and closing session
At the end of the process, you can create your own map of parts, recognising how your inner and outer life has been transformed. It is a moment of openness and connection with the whole, of feeling the interconnection and giving thanks for the journey.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Biodynamics is a subtle and profound body and energy therapy that supports the natural self-regulation of the body-mind. Through gentle touch, attentive listening and openness of heart, it facilitates relaxation of the nervous system, releasing blockages and physical and emotional tensions. From a place of calm, inner harmony is restored. It is a practice that invites deep rest and connection with the life force that dwells within you and within everything.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Process

Introductory session
In the first session, we explore your physical, emotional, or energetic needs, and I explain how this approach works, both in face-to-face and remote sessions. We create a caring space of stillness where your whole being can feel safe and heard.

In-depth sessions
As we delve deeper into the sessions, the body remembers the state of stillness, orienting itself towards health and regaining harmony and vitality. Memories of stress, trauma or emotional blockages can be released. The process is especially beneficial for the nervous, autoimmune and emotional systems. It can help you to experience pain and anxiety with calmness and acceptance.

Harmonisation sessions
Craniosacral biodynamics can function as maintenance therapy and perform harmonising sessions to regulate and balance the body-mind.
