Each session is unique and holistic, focused on the whole of your being. My primary role is to accompany you with the personal and professional experience I've gained over the years, sometimes through words, sometimes through silence, and always with presence and heartfelt commitment to your journey.
Depending on your needs, the session can focus on Coaching, IFS or Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, or naturally integrate several of these practices to support your process in greater depth.

Introductory session
This first contact gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions, clarify doubts, and design the way you want me to accompany you in your process.
Discovery session
A 90-minute session where we explore the different aspects of your life with openness, respect, and courage. Your values, strengths, and inner resources that you may not have been aware of. Your past experiences, your present, your dreams and passions. Your emotional, rational, spiritual, and physical aspects that make up your being. It's a holistic session that opens new possibilities in your life, empowers you, and connects you with your gifts. It's also a session where you can become aware of parts that sabotage you or hold you back. These parts are also welcome and bring their own wisdom and protection that needs to be heard and integrated.
Process
This involves several sessions over a few weeks or months, during which we will explore the different aspects that have emerged, broaden your perspective to connect with what gives meaning to your life, and develop sustainable habits aligned with your vision. We will also introduce mindfulness and emotion regulation practices to further connect you with your inner strength and support during times of uncertainty.
Closing session
Celebration by looking at the journey and designing a closing ritual and continuity of the path.

The IFS model is a profound therapeutic process for understanding your inner world. It helps you discover the different parts that reside within you—emotional, protective, wounded, wise—and establish a compassionate and integrative relationship with all of them. From this inner perspective, you begin to understand why you react the way you do, releasing blockages and reconnecting with your most authentic essence.
Over time, you regain a sense of inner unity, harmony, clarity, and serenity, allowing you to act in the world in a freer and more aligned way.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle yet profound body and energy therapy that supports the natural self-regulation of the mind and body. Through gentle touch, attentive listening, and an open heart, the nervous system is facilitated to relax, releasing blockages and physical and emotional tension.
